Evening Concert Pass

Evening Concert pass will give CYT Students and Families access to our keynote presentation and concert presented by Matthew Frederick Harris and a Photo Op with Matthew immediately following concert on Tuesday, July 23.

Matthew Frederick Harris is an outstanding Broadway performer and a warrior for Christ. His credits include Broadway: the Tony Award-winning Girl From the North Country. Regional: The Color Purple at Broadway Sacramento. He is currently on Broadway in MJ The Musical as Tito Jackon/Quincy Jones.

A parent and/or chaperone over 21 must be in attendance OR present at hotel while the student is participating. Student must provide contact information of chaperone during registration. All participants in attendance must read and abide by the EXPO Rules of Engagement.

Open to all ages. Chidren aged 4 and up are required to purchase a ticket.

Schedule:

7:15 pm - Check In
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm - Concert Presentation
9:00 pm - 9:30 pm - Photo Op

NOTE: Evening concert is included for all Student, Leader & Spectator Passes and does not need to be purchased separately. It is NOT included for Student One Day passes.

EXPO Rules for Students

Branch Leaders may implement additional rules. Students must adhere to the following:

11 pm nightly curfew. For safety reasons and as a courtesy to other hotel guests, we ask that students be in their rooms by 11 pm.
Only people registered on the hotel reservation for your room are allowed in your hotel room. No student should be in another student's room without an adult chaperone present.
Students must follow the EXPO schedule and attend all events. If students are not going to attend a scheduled EXPO event, they must be with their parent chaperone (there is plenty of free time at this year’s EXPO, so please do not plan your “pool time” during scheduled events)
We require ALL students and leaders to agree to our Rules of Engagement upon registration. We ask that leaders and parent/chaperones help implement these standards for the safety and fun of the group. Be sure to review the Rules of Engagement before arriving at EXPO.
