By purchasing a ticket and attending EXPO, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as stated in the CYT National Terms and Conditions

Student Rules

Branch Leaders may implement additional rules. Students must adhere to the following:
  • 11 pm nightly curfew. For safety reasons and as a courtesy to other hotel guests, we ask that students be in their rooms by 11 pm.
  • Only people registered on the hotel reservation for your room are allowed in your hotel room. No student should be in another student's room without an adult chaperone present.
  • Students must follow the EXPO schedule and attend all events. If students are not going to attend a scheduled EXPO event, they must be with their parent chaperone (there is plenty of free time at this year’s EXPO, so please do not plan your “pool time” during scheduled events)
  • We require ALL students and leaders to agree to our Rules of Engagement upon registration. We ask that leaders and parent/chaperones help implement these standards for the safety and fun of the group. Be sure to review the Rules of Engagement before arriving at EXPO.

Rules of Engagement

CYT’s EXPO is an event for CYT students, leaders, and families. As such, we expect all in attendance to adhere to the CYT Code of Conduct, which reflects the CYT Mission.
  • Respect for leaders, staff, parents, and other students is always expected.
  • Honoring language will be used. Name-calling, profanity, and/or inappropriate actions will not be tolerated.
  • Attendees' conduct will be respectful of property, and therefore, any damage done to the property will be replaced or repaired by the individual.
  • CYT expects purity of self in relationships with others and one's own body; therefore, drugs,
alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Overt physical contact between students is inappropriate at CYT activities.
  • Adult attendees must never be alone with a single child when others cannot observe them. Adults should not accompany a child alone to any room.
  • Maintain appropriate content and images on any and all social media and digital correspondence (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, blogs, texting, email, etc.).
  • CYT wants all students to do their best and believe that the Lord will do good work in their lives.

Dress Code

  • CYT expects students to dress modestly and appropriately, in a way that promotes a healthy environment and eliminates distractions.
  • Overly tight, too short, or revealing clothing is not acceptable.
  • Midriffs must be covered, even when arms are raised or when seated.
  • Undergarments are not to be visible or exposed.

If you or your child should suffer an injury while participating in CYT, you will be personally responsible for your medical or injury related expenses. By attending the event, you are giving permission to the designated adult supervisor in charge to secure emergency medical treatment for the minor involved. You also agree to hold CYT, and/or their assignees, harmless in the event of an injury or accident.

Photo Release

When purchasing a ticket to attend a CYT National event, you are agreeing to the following:

"I hereby authorize and consent that CYT shall have the absolute right to copyright, publish, use, sell or assign any and all photographs, portraits or pictures, television spots, movie films, videotapes and/or sound recordings, or any part thereof, that have been taken of my child, or in which my child may be included in whole or in part."

Refund Policy

Discounts/coupons must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be added to already purchased tickets. Due to the nature of the CYT EXPO event, all EXPO registrations and purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We highly recommend Branches purchase travel insurance to cover circumstances outside of your control.  If you can no longer attend and wish to transfer your Registration to another attendee who has not yet registered, please email within 30 days of the event. If EXPO 2024 is canceled due to circumstances out of our control, registration fees will be refunded within 8-10 weeks of the original event dates.

Participants not staying at Hilton Anatole will be charged an extra fee of $250 per attendee to participate in EXPO events.
