Refund Policy

Discounts/coupons must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be added to already purchased tickets. Due to the nature of the CYT EXPO event, all EXPO registrations and purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We highly recommend Branches purchase travel insurance to cover circumstances outside of your control.  If you can no longer attend and wish to transfer your Registration to another attendee who has not yet registered, please email expo@cyt.org within 30 days of the event. If EXPO 2026 is canceled due to circumstances out of our control, registration fees will be refunded within 8-10 weeks of the original event dates.

Disciplinary Action Clause

Attendees who violate any rule may be subject to disciplinary action including, but not limited to: removal from activities, parent contact, or dismissal from EXPO without refund. Serious violations (harassment, physical altercations, substance use, etc.) may result in the individual being sent home immediately at their own expense.

Zero Tolerance Policy

At EXPO, we hold a zero tolerance policy for foolishness, disrespect, and behavior unbecoming of CYT values. The CYT National Staff will not engage in debates over semantics or justification of disciplinary action when standards have been violated. We expect every student, adult, and leader to live and act above reproach—because we are CYT. We represent nearly 50 years of legacy, and we steward that responsibility with seriousness, love, and grace.
This list of rules is not exhaustive. CYT National reserves the right to take disciplinary action on any conduct we deem inappropriate, unsafe, or misaligned with the heart and mission of our organization.

This is not a punitive policy—it’s a protective one.

Our goal is to create an environment that is safe, Christ-centered, and full of joy. However, that means setting clear boundaries so that every attendee—whether student or adult—can flourish. We will always act with love, grace, and a firm commitment to safety.
