What is EXPO?
CYT's EXPO is an annual gathering for CYT students and leadership. The goal of EXPO is to equip, play, and connect with Branches from across the country! Through workshops, guest speakers, improv, HYPE training, and more, EXPO celebrates what it means to be part of the national CYT family! Individuals who purchase Student and Leadership passes will have lunch provided Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of EXPO*.

*Note about lunches and allergies: These meals are provided through the hotel and can only accommodate Gluten-free and Vegetarian diets. Any other allergies (peanuts, dairy, etc) cannot be accommodated.

Limited Edition T-shirts are only available for Pre-Order and will not be available for purchase at EXPO!

CYT Adult Leaders include Artistic Directors, Managing Directors, Coordinators, Board Members, Improv Coaches, HYPE Advisors, Artistic Teams, Teaching Artists, and any other critical staff. This pass is required for participation at EXPO. Price includes all main events, leadership sessions, 3 lunches (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), and the 40th Year Celebration Party!

This pass is required for participation at EXPO. Price includes all main events, student sessions, Improvathon, HYPE, 3 lunches (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), and the 40th Year Celebration Party!

Spectator

This pass is required for admittance to Improv rounds and main events (morning and evening), which includes the Keynote Speaker, Improvathon Finals, closing National Showcase, and morning worship events. This pass does NOT include the 40th Year Celebration Party, workshops, food, or other activities. Most parent chaperones will want this pass. However, if you are a parent chaperone and do not want to attend any EXPO events, you do not need to purchase a pass. Enjoy your time at the pool!

CYT's 40 Year Celebration

EVENT DATE AND TIME: 6/25/2020 at 9pm
2020 marks the 40th year of CYT! To celebrate this incredible milestone, we are throwing a 40s style party (40s dress encouraged!) with desserts, live music, dancing, a swing dance lesson or two, and more! The party is included in the full price Leadership and Student Passes, but single tickets can be purchased by Spectators, parents, and outside guests ages 8 and older.

Welcome Dinner

EVENT DATE AND TIME: 6/24/2020 at 6pm
Join us in the park next door to the Hotel as we kick off EXPO at our annual Wednesday night welcome dinner by the bay! This event is open to all with an option to purchase a meal ticket. ALL people who wish to eat must purchase a dinner ticket, regardless of whether you are registered for EXPO or not.

If you or your child is involved in a Christian Youth Theater class, production, or event, you are hereby advised that our organization does not carry Workman's Compensation Insurance for participants or volunteers. If you or your child should suffer an injury while participating in CYT, you will be personally responsible for your medical or injury related expenses. I also give permission to the designated adult supervisor in charge to secure emergency medical treatment for the minor involved. I also agree to hold CYT, and/or their assignees, harmless in the event of an injury or accident. I hereby authorize and consent that CYT shall have the absolute right to copyright, publish, use, sell or assign any and all photographs, portraits or pictures, television spots, movie films, videotapes and/or sound recordings, or any part thereof, that have been taken of my child, or in which my child may be included in whole or in part.
