10:30am – 1:30pm: Full Cast
Mandatory Parent Meeting - Saturday, 4/12, 10:30am – 12:30pm (during the full cast rehearsal). At least one parent or family member must attend. New parents/families come at 10:30am and returning families at 11:00am.
Important information at this meeting about the show, rehearsals, etc. The mandatory production fee is due at this meeting: $135 first cast member in a family, $110 second member, $85 for each additional child. There are other optional purchases at the meeting (checks or credit cards – not Amer. Express – are accepted). If there are special circumstances, please see Anne-Marie Manibusan or Tracy Johnson (we can set up a payment plan!). Please plan on leaving a $50 refundable costume deposit for each cast member (if you leave a check, we will not cash it - unless you don’t turn in your costumes!)
Publicity Photo Shoot - Tuesday, April 8. The following characters need to be at the CYT Warehouse (1545 Pioneer Drive, El Cajon) at 5:50pm: Ariel, Ursula, Cha Cha, Eric, King Triton
The following characters will have a script and a $40 refundable script deposit needs to be turned in at the parent meeting: Ariel, Eric, Cha Cha, Octavia, Bubble, Sisters, Neptune, Octavia’s Plastics, Kavender
Little Mermaid show shirts and sweatshirts - available for order at rehearsals/parent meetings next weekend. Orders will only be taken next weekend so that we can receive the shirts in time to enjoy them before the show…T-shirts will be $16 and Crewneck sweatshirts will be $21. Please bring your payment/size to rehearsals or the parent meeting. NO LATE ORDERS!
