    Dear CYT families & friends,
    We really have a heart for kids with special needs. That is why we started programs like Actors Unlimited and, in the past, KIT. We heard there were organizations reaching out to developing countries, and realized it was a way for CYT kids to not only touch peoples lives in their own communities, but to touch peoples lives around the world. The idea proposed is that we might combine our efforts to raise enough funds to send a batch of wheelchairs to Uganda- 500 wheelchairs at approximately $60 per chair. Thank you for considering Free Wheelchair Mission- it is a way CYT can give to help bless others, since God has blessed all of us with so much in so many ways!

    Founded in 2001, Free Wheelchair Mission is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to providing wheelchairs for the impoverished disabled in developing nations. Headquartered in Irvine, California, FWM works around the world in partnership with a vast network of humanitarian, faith-based and government organizations, sending wheelchairs to hundreds of thousands of disabled people, providing not only the gift of mobility, but of dignity, independence, and hope. Their mission is to transform lives through the gift of mobility to the physically disabled poor in developing countries as motivated by Jesus Christ. Our vision is to provide 20 million wheelchairs.
